Online estimates

Prices shown on the website and totals produced by the Service Record are estimates for the described standard residential scope. They are not final invoices. Material, dimensions, condition, access, parking, furniture movement and unusual contamination may change the confirmed scope and price.

Material review

Choose Clean reviews the available fabric information and may perform a test before treatment. A listed protection treatment is applied only when considered appropriate for the material. We may decline or modify a method when the textile, construction, prior treatment or damage creates an unreasonable risk.

Results and limitations

Cleaning is intended to improve the treated surface, but no specific stain, odor, discoloration, wear pattern or contamination outcome is guaranteed before inspection. Pre-existing damage, dye instability, backing or subfloor contamination and previous treatments can limit the result.

Promotions

Promotional combinations apply only while displayed and confirmed as available. One website promotion may be used per service record. An overlapping individual service cannot be added to the same promotional combination unless it is a separate additional item confirmed by Choose Clean.

Scheduling and access

A request does not reserve an appointment. The appointment is confirmed only after Choose Clean accepts the scope, timing and service location. The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the treatment area and disclosing known material concerns, damage and relevant prior treatments.

Changes and cancellation

Changes to the item count or condition should be shared before arrival. Any cancellation, deposit or rescheduling terms that apply to a specific appointment will be disclosed during confirmation before the booking is accepted.
