Choose Clean — Upholstery Cleaning NYC Build service record

Effective August 17, 2026 · Choose Clean

Your record.
Your information.

This notice explains what the Choose Clean website collects when you request a service review and how that information is used.

Information we collect

When you submit a service record, we collect the name, phone number, neighborhood or ZIP code, preferred timing, item details, selected services and photos you choose to attach. The website also records limited first-party events such as page views and service selections using a random browser-session identifier.

Why we use it

We use this information to review the material and scope, prepare an estimate, contact you about the request, schedule service, maintain an operational record and understand whether the website is helping customers complete requests.

Storage and disclosure

Service records are stored in the private lead system configured by Choose Clean. If a CRM or automation webhook is enabled, the request may also be delivered to that contracted service provider. We do not sell service-request information. WhatsApp receives information only when you choose to continue there. This build loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so the browser may send Google technical request data such as an IP address and user-agent string when a page opens.

Photos

Attached photos are resized in your browser before upload and are used only to review the requested cleaning scope, material and areas of concern. Do not include people, identification documents or unrelated private information.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, service history, dispute handling and applicable business obligations. You may call the number above to ask what information is associated with your request or to request correction or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

Security and changes

We use access controls, request validation and encrypted transport when the production site is served over HTTPS. No internet system is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
